I strongly advise against it! Repairs outside the standard are beyond the scope of contractors in this plant, which has leatherwork and saddlery in its name. I replaced the zipper in my riding shoe, and after a month the zipper fell apart. When I tried to complain about a questionable service, I heard that the shoe had not been repaired there... I heard a lot still "100%" arguments that the shoe is not the right one, the zipper is not theirs... Sometimes you have to admit that something may go wrong and the service should be improved. Unfortunately, the owner is stuck in the times when the customer is wrong and certainly wants to cheat, lie and extort PLN 120 (that's how much I paid for the service), All responses are negative the opinions are exactly in this tone. It was not nice, unprofessional, I felt like an idiot who doesn't remember where she repairs her shoes. I've learned a lesson for the future To always keep any confirmation of the service and ask for a receipt!

Good job, although it involved an additional visit. Scope of work - replacement of the bag strap hook (damage as in the attached photo). I had the bag repaired at the end of November 2022, and I picked it up in December of the same year (pre-Christmas work intensity, I was informed about the extended deadline before accepting the order). Unfortunately, after the first service, the bag only lasted a few weeks - the same hook was damaged again. Of course, before I reached this plant to correct what had originally gone wrong, several weeks passed again... The second approach to repair - first class! Once, as part of the complaint, both hooks were repaired (both the damaged one and the one that was still attached). Two - several months have passed and both hooks are still firmly in place, as if they had been repaired immediately. I'ts cool.

Unfortunately, I returned the shoes with slightly worn-out heels, and I asked the lady there whether it would be visible and whether it would make me smaller. She replied "no" and brought me the model shoes, and I was told "that my heels will not be as high as on the model shoes." when I picked up the shoes and tried them on at home, they were too tight for me because the insole was pulled up so much and it took up the length of the shoe, they suggested stretching the shoes, but I refused and they had to fix the insole, after picking up the shoes for the second time, the shoes were glued, the heel was the same, when calling, I was not allowed to say a word by the lady who only denied it and apparently did not say anything like that (there was an accompanying person with me who will confirm your words) I wanted to ask for a refund because I am afraid to return the shoes there for the third time because the service was not provided at all. as I agreed on site. the price does not correspond to the quality of workmanship

I came especially with shoes, but while standing in the queue I heard the owner in a raised voice complaining to a senior customer that she "sighed" while waiting for service. There were some personal comments (e.g. whether the senior lady also complains about this to the doctor and others that I will not mention). Generally, the atmosphere was unpleasant even for me as an outside customer. I decided to look for another place, because I do not agree to such treatment of older people - and that's why I gave it one star.
